- Some positions are paid and must be available at any time.
- Unpaid positions are according to your availability for a total of 8 hours per week. Compensation is in the form of free golfing privileges
CHEF/COOK
(Part-time position)
- Ensure safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen
- Develop recipes and determine how to present the food
- Plan menus and ensure uniform serving sizes and quality of meals
- Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies
- Must have a food handling certificate
- Required every Wednesday and Thursday through the golf season. Some Saturdays and Sundays if available.
